What's your shipping policy?

We offer free deliveries within Singapore for any purchase. For the rest of Southeast Asia and Greater China (including Taiwan and Hong Kong), and Australia, we offer free shipping for purchases above S$500 to any location covered by DHL Express.

We would love to be able to offer free international shipping for any purchase, but as a small independent business that stocks small-batch artisanal garments from independent brands, we are financially unable to do so.

 

Do you have a physical store?

We hope to welcome you at our own space soon. In the meantime, we're working with great venue partners on pop-up stores and trunk shows. Follow us on IG for the latest details.

 

Where can I view and try on the clothes?

Follow our IG for the latest updates on our trunk shows and pop-ups. We also accept private appointments and fittings, as well as detailed sizing info. Drop us a message on IG for more info.

 

Do you make your own clothes?

No, we are a stockist for independent, high quality menswear labels that are not available anywhere else in Southeast Asia. 

 

What brands do you carry?

Ragazzo is currently the sole Southeast Asia stockist for Massimo Alba. Discussions with other labels are underway. Feel free to reach out to us if there are any specific brands you're interested in.

 

Do you offer womenswear?

While our collections are labelled as menswear, most of our pieces are in essence gender neutral and are quite popular with female customers.
